Did you get my package?

Don't fret - we send arrival confirmation emails when we get your film. If you have genuine concerns your package is lost, you can contact us.

How long will you take to develop?

Our process time is between 4-7 days. You will get an email with your scans when they are available!

When will I get my negatives?

If you chose to get your negatives back, you will get an email confirming shipping when they are headed back to you - with tracking!
